Amends the Oklahoma Child Care Facilities Licensing Act (10 O.S. Section 404.1) to modify criminal history record search requirements for child care facility personnel

Removes the provision that criminal history records searches every five years do "not include the re-submission of fingerprints," effectively requiring fingerprint re-submission as part of the recurring five-year background check process

Applies to owners, employees, individuals with unsupervised access to children, adults living in facilities, and others subject to background checks under child care licensing requirements

Effective date: November 1, 2026
