Amends the Oklahoma Interventional Pain Management and Treatment Act (59 O.S. 2021, Section 650) to add a definition of "acute pain" and modify the definition of "chronic pain" by referencing the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act

Prohibits certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) from operating freestanding pain management facilities without direct supervision by a physician board-certified in interventional pain management or equivalent

Establishes that violations by registered nurses constitute unprofessional conduct under the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act, subject to penalties including administrative fines or license revocation

Establishes that violations by physicians constitute unprofessional conduct under the Oklahoma Allopathic and Surgical Licensure and Supervision Act or Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act, with similar penalty provisions
