Amends the Oklahoma Quality Events Incentive Act (68 O.S. 2021, Section 4303) to expand the definition of "quality event"

Adds a new category allowing nationally televised events sanctioned by a nationally recognized body to qualify for incentives under the Act

Expands eligibility to include events managed or produced by Oklahoma-based national or international organizations

Effective date is November 1, 2026
