Amends Oklahoma probate law (58 O.S. 2021, Section 246) to streamline notice requirements for summary administration of estates

Removes the previous requirement to separately publish notice of the petition, notice to creditors, and notice of final accounting, replacing it with a single "combined notice" publication

Combined notice must be published once weekly for two consecutive weeks in an authorized legal newspaper, with first publication appearing on or before the tenth day after filing

Combined notice must be filed within 5 days of the court order and mailed to creditors and interested parties within 10 days of the order
