Amends 60 O.S. 2021, Section 175.23 to change venue rules for trust-related judicial proceedings in Oklahoma

Replaces the prior rule (venue in county where trustee or co-trustee resides) with venue in the county where the trust's principal place of administration is or will be located

For trusts created by will with an open estate, venue is also proper in the county where the decedent's estate is being administered

When a trust has no trustee, proceedings to appoint one may be filed in a county where a beneficiary resides, where trust property is located, or where the decedent's estate was or is being administered
