Doubles mandatory minimum liability insurance for transportation network company (TNC) drivers when logged on but not engaged in a ride: bodily injury coverage increases from $50,000 to $100,000 per person, from $100,000 to $200,000 per incident, and property damage from $25,000 to $50,000

Maintains existing $1,000,000 liability coverage requirement for TNC drivers while engaged in prearranged rides

Coverage requirements may be satisfied by insurance maintained by the driver, the TNC company, or a combination of both
