Creates the Oklahoma Health Care Workplace Incentive Safety Act, establishing an incentive program administered by the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission for hospitals and health care systems that participate in workplace safety initiatives

Establishes the Oklahoma Health Care Workplace Safety Committee with 9 members, including the State Commissioner of Health, Chair of the State Board of Health, one Oklahoma Hospital Association representative, two health care HR directors appointed by legislative leaders, and four health care support staff appointed by the Oklahoma Hospital Association

Requires the Committee to assess annually whether each participating hospital has adopted a formal policy addressing workplace violence, with reporting to the Legislature beginning November 1, 2026

Directs the Committee to develop recommended workplace violence metrics based on national standards, identify available federal or private funding to help hospitals reduce violence incidents, and submit legislative recommendations

Effective date is November 1, 2026
