Grants all public employees in Oklahoma the right to self-organization and to form, join, or assist employee organizations for collective bargaining

Allows public employees to bargain collectively through chosen representatives on wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment

Permits public employees to engage in lawful, concerted activities for collective bargaining or mutual aid and protection, free from interference, restraint, or coercion

Preserves employees' right to refrain from participating in any or all union activities

Effective date: November 1, 2026
