Corporation Commission employees including Commissioners, division heads, emergency responders, and field inspectors working assigned areas not stationed at a central office may use state-owned or state-leased vehicles for transportation between residence and workplace

Authorized employees may also use state vehicles to travel between residence and other work locations required for official duties

The Corporation Commission must authorize which employees qualify for this vehicle use privilege

Amends 47 O.S. 2021, Section 156.1 to add Corporation Commission employees to the list of authorized state vehicle users alongside existing categories like law enforcement and emergency responders

Effective date: November 1, 2026
