Extends the sunset date for Oklahoma Corporation Commission's Open Meeting Act exemptions from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2031

Maintains existing exemptions allowing Corporation Commissioners to discuss administrative, operational, and procedural matters without a public meeting, even when a quorum is present, provided no official action is taken

Permitted topics under the exemption include scheduling agenda items, prioritizing cases, discussing staffing needs, organizational structure, media statements, and interviewing candidates for Director positions

Requires the Commission to post documentation of exempt discussions to their website within 5 business days and provide 48-hour advance notice before taking action on topics from disclosed events

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect July 1, 2026 upon passage and approval
