Amends 47 O.S. Section 156.1 to authorize Oklahoma Corporation Commission employees—including Commissioners, division heads, emergency responders, and field inspectors not stationed at a central office—to use state-owned or state-leased vehicles for transportation between their residence and workplace

Field inspectors working assigned areas outside a central office location qualify for the vehicle use authorization when approved by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission

Authorized employees may also use state vehicles to travel between their residence and any location required for official duties

Effective date: November 1, 2026
