Commemorates country music artist Toby Keith (July 8, 1961 – February 5, 2024), who was born in Clinton, raised in Moore, and resided in Norman, Oklahoma

Recognizes Keith's career achievements including over 40 million albums sold worldwide, more than 20 number 1 singles, and induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame

Honors Keith's military support efforts, including more than 300 USO shows in combat zones performed without financial compensation
