Proposes amending Section 3 of Article VII-B of the Oklahoma Constitution regarding the 15-member Judicial Nominating Commission, to be referred to voters for approval

Updates congressional district references so appointments are based on current districts rather than those existing when the provision was adopted in 1967

Removes restrictions prohibiting certain Commission members from being licensed attorneys or having immediate family members who are licensed attorneys

Eliminates political party membership limits that previously capped any single party at three of six Governor-appointed members and two of three at-large members

Replaces the prohibition on self-succession with a 12-consecutive-year term limit for Commissioners, whether elected or appointed
