Repeals specific permanent rules promulgated by Service Oklahoma: subparagraphs (4), (5), and (6) of paragraph (c) of OAC 670:15-1-10, and subparagraphs (3) and (4) of paragraph (c) of OAC 670:15-1-14

Exercises the Legislature's authority under Section 250.2 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes to repeal adopted agency rules by joint resolution

Directs the Oklahoma Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register"

Passed the House of Representatives on May 21, 2025, and passed the Senate on February 25, 2026
