Proposes a constitutional amendment called the "Save Our State Amendment" to be referred to Oklahoma voters for approval or rejection

Requires Oklahoma courts to rely exclusively on federal and state law sources when making judicial decisions, including the U.S. Constitution, Oklahoma Constitution, federal and state statutes, regulations, and established common law

Explicitly prohibits Oklahoma courts from considering or using international law or Sharia law in any judicial decisions, including cases of first impression

Bars courts from looking to the legal precepts of other nations or cultures, with an exception allowing reference to another U.S. state's law only if that state's law does not include Sharia law

Renames the "State Industrial Workers' Compensation Court" to "Workers' Compensation Court" as a technical change to Article VII, Section 1 of the Oklahoma Constitution
