Proposes a constitutional amendment to change the Commissioner of Labor from an elected position to an appointed position, effective November 1, 2034

Establishes appointment process where the Speaker of the House provides six nominees to the Governor, who selects one for Senate confirmation requiring a two-thirds vote

Allows removal of the Commissioner of Labor by either a two-thirds vote of both legislative chambers, or by Governor's order combined with a two-thirds vote of one chamber

Removes Commissioner of Labor from the list of statewide elected officials with four-year terms while maintaining existing term limits and succession rules for other offices

Directs the Secretary of State to refer this proposed constitutional amendment to Oklahoma voters for approval or rejection
