Proposes a constitutional amendment (Article IX, Section 49) establishing that artificial persons (corporations, LLCs, nonprofits, partnerships, and foreign entities) exist only by state grant and possess only powers expressly provided in the Oklahoma Constitution

Prohibits all artificial persons from engaging in "election activity" (spending money to support or oppose candidates, parties, or political committees) or "initiative petition activity" (spending to support or oppose ballot questions), with an exception for bona fide news media coverage

Exempts registered political committees, which may engage in election and initiative petition activities provided they exist solely for that purpose and claim no charter privileges beyond limited liability

Establishes that violations result in automatic forfeiture of charter privileges (such as limited liability, perpetual duration, and tax benefits), with civil enforcement available through members, shareholders, or the Attorney General

Includes a transitional safe harbor protecting existing contracts, debts, and legal obligations entered before the effective date, while requiring the Legislature to enact reinstatement and enforcement procedures in its first regular session after adoption
