Prohibits Oklahoma courts, the state, and all political subdivisions from recognizing or enforcing any religious code, body of law, or practice that conflicts with the Oklahoma or U.S. Constitution

Specifically targets religious legal systems that do not recognize or protect the same individual rights and liberties guaranteed under state and federal constitutions

Removes outdated reference to the State Industrial Court from the constitutional language describing Oklahoma's judicial power structure
