Applicants whose medical marijuana patient license applications are rejected for missing information have 30 days to resubmit the required information for reconsideration

Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority must notify business license applicants of any additional licensing fees owed and invoice them using the same method the application was submitted

Business license applicants and licensees must pay all required license and application fees within 45 days of notification by the Authority, or the application will be denied

Resubmitted business license applications that remain incomplete or contain non-clerical/non-typographical errors after the 30-day correction period shall be denied
