Establishes automatic expungement for nonviolent misdemeanor convictions after 10 years have passed, provided the person has no felony convictions, all court-ordered fines, fees, and restitution have been paid, and no pending charges exist

Creates a "clean slate eligible case" category for automatic sealing of criminal records beginning 3 years after the act's effective date, subject to available funding, covering cases involving acquittals, dismissals, pardons, and certain misdemeanor convictions

Allows individuals to file a petition for expungement if automatic expungement has not yet occurred for eligible records

Permits prosecuting agencies, arresting agencies, OSBI, and other interested parties to petition the court to unseal automatically expunged records

Directs the Oklahoma Supreme Court to promulgate rules for district courts to implement the automatic expungement provisions, with an effective date of November 1, 2025
