Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority must create and maintain a registry of physicians authorized to recommend medical marijuana to patients

Beginning January 1, 2026, physicians must be registered with the Authority to provide medical marijuana recommendations

Physicians must complete medical marijuana-related education before being listed on the registry and complete annual continuing education to remain listed

The Authority's Executive Director will promulgate rules establishing initial and continuing medical education requirements, with input from the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, State Board of Osteopathic Examiners, and Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
