Amends Section 2 of the Administrative Workers' Compensation Act (85A O.S. 2021) to update statutory language and references throughout the definitions section

Increases the agricultural worker exemption threshold from $100,000 to $150,000 gross annual payroll, meaning employers with payrolls under $150,000 for agricultural, ranching, or horticultural workers are not required to provide workers' compensation coverage

Adds a new exemption excluding dependent children of farm, ranch, livestock market, or agricultural business owners from the definition of "employee" when employed by such businesses

Updates terminology throughout by removing quotation marks around defined terms and replacing references to "this act" with "the Administrative Workers' Compensation Act"
