Restricts access to voter registration lists to U.S. citizens who are Oklahoma residents, political party representatives, candidates, or others authorized by law, and requires an application with attestation under penalty of perjury

Prohibits sharing voter registration lists with foreign nationals, foreign commercial interests, or foreign government entities; effective November 1, 2025
