Requires all health benefit plans in Oklahoma, including the Oklahoma Employees Insurance Plan, to cover genetic testing for inherited gene mutations associated with increased cancer risk for individuals with personal or family history of cancer

Mandates coverage for evidence-based cancer imaging for individuals at increased cancer risk when ordered by a health care provider and supported by NCCN Category 2A or higher recommendations or other nationally recognized clinical guidelines

Prohibits insurers from applying deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance to covered genetic testing and cancer imaging services

Includes an exception for high-deductible health plans linked to health savings accounts to preserve HSA eligibility under federal tax law, though preventive care services remain covered before the deductible is met

Effective November 1, 2025
