Amends Oklahoma's pleading requirements to require claims contain a statement "made with particularity of all material facts known to the pleading party" that creates a "reasonable inference that the pleader is plausibly entitled to relief"

Defines "material fact" as a fact necessary to the claim and without which the claim could not be supported

Requires parties pleading facts based on belief to set forth with particularity the factual information supporting that belief

Modifies fraud and mistake pleading requirements and conditions precedent provisions to conform with the new particularity standard in Section 2008

Makes language gender neutral throughout the amended sections and becomes effective November 1, 2025
