Appropriates $2,000,000 to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board for water infrastructure funding to a rural water, sewer, and solid waste management district in central Oklahoma experiencing private water well contamination from an unknown source

Appropriates $2,000,000 for constructing water lines in a county with population between 150,000 and 200,000, located in a community not adjacent to an interstate highway

Appropriates $200,000 for grant programs supporting design, construction, and maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure, and improving publicly owned deficient dams

All funding comes from the Progressing Rural Economic Prosperity Fund

Effective date is July 1, 2025, with emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage and approval
