Authorizes the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission to spend up to $5,000,000 from the Oklahoma State Park Trust Fund principal between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2030 to construct and maintain a new lodge and associated facilities at a location to be determined by the Commission

Maintains existing authority for the Commission to use 5% of the trust fund principal annually for land conservation, historic preservation, capital improvements, and custodian fees

Trust fund principal consists of mineral lease payments, seismograph fees, royalty payments, and other oil and gas revenues from state parks, plus legislative appropriations and public/private contributions

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval

Passed the Senate on May 20, 2025 and the House of Representatives on May 22, 2025
