School district boards of education must adopt policies on sex trafficking and exploitation prevention and provide schoolwide education programs to all students in grades 6-12 and staff

State Department of Education must develop age-appropriate curriculum on human trafficking (emphasizing sex trafficking) and social media safety, taught as stand-alone units at no cost to districts

Grades 6-8 receive 90 minutes of instruction over two days; grades 9-12 receive 135 minutes over three days, with curriculum covering 15 specific topics including trafficker tactics, victim identification, Oklahoma laws, and role of pornography

Parents must receive written notification at least 7 days before instruction with presenter information and may opt their student out; all curriculum materials must be posted on district websites for public inspection

State Department of Education must create a 90-minute public education video on these topics and provide sample lesson plans for teachers; effective date is July 1, 2027
