State governmental entities and public trusts with the state as beneficiary are prohibited from entering nondisclosure agreements that prevent disclosure of terms involving incentives, tax credits, direct or indirect payments, grants, or similar benefits funded through state taxes

Applies to agreements with any person, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, trust, or other legal entity receiving state-funded benefits

Proprietary business information remains protected from disclosure, including trade secrets, input costs, labor costs, and profit margin information provided by for-profit business entities
