Adds a new Class C2 felony offense for copper theft from communication company property (telephone, telegraph, Internet, broadcast, or wireless) when damages exceed $100,000, punishable by up to 7 years imprisonment and/or fines up to $50,000

Amends existing copper theft statute (Section 1727) to expand coverage beyond just copper wire, cable, and tubing to include "any item that is known or reasonably should be known as ordinarily used by, belonging to, or identified with markings indicating ownership by" communication companies

Lower-level copper theft offenses remain classified as Class D1 felonies with fines between $100 and $500

Updates statutory references throughout Section 20M (Class C2 offenses list) to conform language and correct numbering
