Peace officers are prohibited from wearing head or face coverings that mask their identity while executing a warrant unless they first obtain a court order specifically permitting it

A separate court order must be obtained for each individual warrant execution where an officer wishes to mask their identity

Protective equipment such as face shields and helmets are exempt from the prohibition and do not constitute prohibited face coverings

Creates new Section 211.2 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes
