Increases the minimum bond requirement for medical marijuana commercial grower licenses from $50,000 to $100,000 per license

Bonds must be filed with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority and issued by a surety company qualified in Oklahoma

The Authority or Department of Environmental Quality may require higher bond amounts based on reclamation difficulty, considering factors like topography, hydrology, and revegetation potential

Bonds may be recalled if property is abandoned, license is revoked, or violations require remedial action, with funds used for property restoration, equipment removal, waste destruction, and environmental remediation

Licensees who have owned their permitted land for at least five years prior to application are exempt from the bond requirement
