Requires driver licenses and identification cards to display citizenship status: "United States Citizen" for citizens or "Lawfully Present Noncitizen" for noncitizens with valid documentation

Directs Service Oklahoma to review and update existing records within 6 months to indicate citizenship status of all current license holders; those with undetermined status must provide documentation at next renewal or replacement

Authorizes cancellation of driver licenses for individuals determined to be unlawfully present in the United States, with criminal penalties applying under Section 6-301 of Title 47
