Amends 22 O.S. 2021, Section 1105 to authorize courts to require defendants arrested for DUI offenses under Section 11-902 of Title 47 to use an ignition interlock device as a condition of bail

Requires courts to provide written findings explaining the bail amount set for DUI defendants based on the threat posed to public safety

Requires courts to provide written findings explaining the reasoning if they choose not to impose an ignition interlock device as a bail condition
