Requires legislative approval before any Oklahoma historic places nominated to the National Register of Historic Places can be added to the State Register of Historic Places, for nominations occurring after the bill's effective date

Prohibits the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission from establishing or designating state trails on federal lands without prior legislative approval

Bars expenditure or transfer of state or local government funds toward state trails designated on federal lands unless the Legislature first approves

Removes existing language directing the Commission to coordinate with and assist federal studies for including state trails in the National Trails System

Effective date: November 1, 2026
