Creates the Oklahoma State Agency, Board, and Commission Review Task Force with 9 members: 3 appointed by the Senate President Pro Tempore, 3 by the House Speaker, and 3 by the Governor

Requires the task force to review the efficiency, effectiveness, and necessity of all state agencies, boards, and commissions and recommend eliminations, consolidations, or alterations to the Legislature

Reports must be electronically submitted to legislative leadership and the Governor by January 31, 2027, and annually thereafter

Members serve without compensation but may receive travel reimbursement; staffing provided jointly by Senate and House staff

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
