Amends 19 O.S. 2021, Section 215.5 to require district attorneys or their assistants to represent county officials who seek protective orders under Section 60.2 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes

Protective order representation applies specifically when county officials face violations of Section 1176 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes (threatening to perform act of violence)

Updates existing statute language to be gender neutral by adding "or her" references throughout

Effective date: November 1, 2026
