Extends the maximum time for eviction trial dates from 10 days to 15 days after summons issuance, while maintaining 5-10 day timeframe for cases involving criminal activity or threats to health/safety under Title 41 Section 132(C) or (D)

Increases required service of summons from 3 days to 7 days before trial for standard eviction cases, with the 3-day requirement preserved for criminal activity/health-safety cases

Extends posting service requirements from 5 days to 7 days prior to trial when personal service cannot be achieved, except for criminal activity/health-safety cases which retain the 5-day posting requirement

Updates statutory language to be gender neutral and modernizes terminology throughout the forcible entry and detainer statutes
