Amends 58 O.S. 2021, Section 162, to allow nonresident executors, administrators, or guardians to appoint an agent residing anywhere in Oklahoma rather than only in the county where the appointment was made

Requires nonresident representatives to file a written appointment of an in-state agent with the district court, stipulating that legal process served on the agent has the same effect as personal service

Updates statutory language to be gender neutral (adding "or her" and "or herself" references)
