Socioeconomic analysis required covering workforce development, tax base impacts, supply chain capability, job creation, and federal financial assistance programs for nuclear projects

Feasibility study findings must be delivered electronically to the Senate President Pro Tempore, House Speaker, and Governor within 9 months of the act's effective date

Declared an emergency measure taking effect immediately upon passage; consulting firm engagement exempt from standard state procurement process
