Increases consumer tasting limits at retail spirits, wine, and beer stores from 1 oz to 1.5 oz for spirits, 2 oz to 6 oz for wine, and 3 oz to 12 oz for beer per person per day

Raises the maximum number of unsealed bottles allowed during tastings from 6 to 12

Limits employee educational tastings to only one type of alcoholic beverage (beer, wine, or spirits) per session, prohibiting combination tastings

Allows wine and spirits wholesalers and beer distributors to provide alcoholic beverages for employee training purposes, with samples not subject to excise tax
