Increases the Well Drillers and Pump Installers Remedial Action Indemnity Fund cap from $50,000 to $100,000

Raises the maximum expenditure limit for remedial actions per well, borehole, or pump from $10,000 to $25,000

Changes the fund transfer threshold from $50,000 to $100,000, after which fees and penalties are deposited into the Well Drillers and Pump Installers Regulation Account

Amends 82 O.S. 2021, Section 1020.16 regarding commercial drilling or plugging licenses administered by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board
