Rental agreements for self-service storage facilities may now be delivered and accepted electronically between owners and occupants

If an occupant fails to sign a rental agreement within 30 days of delivery (in-person, first-class mail, or email if agreed), payment of rent or continued use constitutes acceptance of the agreement

Vehicles, watercraft, or trailers may be towed after 60 days of occupant default, with the facility owner not liable once the towing company takes possession

Property left 30 days or longer after the rental agreement ends may be disposed of after the owner provides written notice by certified or first-class mail, with disposal permitted 15 days after notice delivery
