Requires Medicaid providers to conduct mental health screenings for postpartum depression when visiting with women or their infants during the postpartum period, defined as up to one year after giving birth

Mental health screenings for postpartum depression will be reimbursable under the state Medicaid program

Directs the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to seek any federal approval necessary to implement these requirements

Oklahoma Health Care Authority Board must promulgate rules to implement the provisions

Effective date: November 1, 2026
