Reduces the waiting period for retired Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System members to be rehired by their former employer from one year to six months after retirement

Retired members can bypass the waiting period if they waive their retirement benefit and return as a bona fide employee for at least 36 consecutive months

Updates statutory references throughout Section 914 of Title 74, including changing "Board" to "Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System Board of Trustees"
