Amends 63 O.S. 2021, Section 426.1 regarding medical marijuana licensure revocation hearings and compliance requirements

Exempts medical marijuana business licensees and registrants from certificate of occupancy revocation provisions if they submitted a complete application to the State Fire Marshal or political subdivision before February 1, 2024, while that application remains under review

Extends the exemption to include reapplications by the same licensee or registrant if their pre-February 1, 2024 application was denied

Updates statutory language by replacing "the effective date of this act" with the specific date "May 28, 2021" for setback distance measurement requirements
