Expands in-person absentee voting to Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) before any county election board election, eliminating the previous Saturday restriction to only major elections

Removes the separate Saturday voting window (8 a.m. to 2 p.m.) that previously applied only to General Elections, Primary Elections, Runoff Primary Elections, and Presidential Preferential Primary Elections

Retains Wednesday in-person absentee voting (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) before General Elections only

Counties with 25,000+ registered voters or exceeding 1,500 square miles may designate multiple in-person absentee polling locations with State Election Board approval
