Reauthorizes the income tax checkoff donation option for the Oklahoma Wildlife Diversity Fund, extending it from January 1, 2022 to January 1, 2027

Allows individual and corporate taxpayers to donate a portion of their state tax refund to benefit the Oklahoma Wildlife Diversity Program

Donations fund the preservation, protection, perpetuation, and enhancement of nongame wildlife species in Oklahoma

Taxpayers who donate in error may file a refund claim within 3 years of the tax return due date
