Amends 74 O.S. 2021, Sections 666, 669, and 669.1 to modify the administrative structure of the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women, a 30-member body with appointees from the Governor, Senate President Pro Tempore, and House Speaker (10 each) serving 5-year terms

Shifts staff support from direct provision by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) to a coordination model where OMES works with the Commission to provide support

Grants the Commission new authority to evaluate and manage personnel in coordination with OMES to carry out its duties

Changes fund dispersal process so expenditures from the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women Revolving Fund are directed by the Commission rather than made on the Commission's behalf by OMES

Requires the OMES Director to provide the Commission itemized accounting of all deposits and expenditures from the revolving fund; effective date July 1, 2026, with emergency clause
