State Board of Education must issue a request for proposals by November 1, 2025 for selecting a statewide student information system, and must procure the system by March 1, 2026

State Department of Education must implement the statewide student information system by July 1, 2027, with all school districts required to use it for operations, enrollment reporting, state testing administration, State Aid allocation, and midyear funding adjustments

School districts may continue using current student information systems complying with Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) version 4.3 specifications until July 1, 2027

Districts not in compliance with state student information system requirements will forfeit State Aid during the period of noncompliance

Department must provide project management, data conversion assistance, and training to school district personnel prior to full implementation of the new statewide system
